What types of events do you perform for?
Ryan performs for a variety of events including corporate events, weddings, chamber of commerce functions, retirement parties, college campus events, anniversaries, luxury real estate launches and open houses, city functions, restaurant entertainment, fundraisers, indoor and outdoor events, festivals, birthdays and holiday parties. 
Do you provide wedding music?
Yes! Ryan can perform and manage music for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions, along with rehearsal dinners, brunches, and showers. He can tailor the size of the band and type of music for each couple and perform specially requested songs to create a unique, individual, and unforgettable day.
Can you perform as a solo musician?
Yes! Ryan can provide solo musicians for piano, guitar/singer, and other instruments upon request. 
Do you provide a jazz trio?
Yes! Ryan specializes in jazz trios and quartets with several available options to customize for your specific event and requirements. These bands can include combinations of bass, piano, drums, guitar, trumpet, saxophone, vocals, and more. 
How far do you travel?
Ryan can travel throughout Southern California including Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego. If you would like more information about locations outside of Southern California, please complete the contact form or reach out to Ryan directly. 
Do you perform throughout Orange County?
Yes! Ryan performs in Newport Beach, Irvine, Long Beach, Laguna Beach, Tustin, Orange, Riverside, Palm Springs, Pasadena, Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Huntington Beach, and Anaheim to name a few. 
How much do you charge for a band? 
Each band is tailored specifically to the needs and requirements of the event and space. Cost can vary depending on length of event, number of musicians, day of the week, and location. Do you perform at restaurants and hotels? 
Yes! Ryan has been the exclusive bassist and band manager for Queensview Steakhouse in Long Beach, CA for over 20 years and performs with his trio there every weekend. He also manages the music in the lounge area and the steakhouse for the rest of the week and for private parties and banquets. Ryan also plays at several other restaurants and hotels across Southern California for special events or guest entertainment. .  
How far in advance should I book a band for my event? 
Booking a band for an event at least 2 months in advance will allow for more flexibility, special song requests, and peak musician availability. This is especially true for events on weekends or during the holidays. Weeknight or daytime events can be booked closer to the actual event. Last minute bookings can also be accommodated depending on the circumstances and musician availability. Reach out to Ryan with details of your event and he'll do his best to accommodate. 
Can you help me select the right musicians for my event? 
Yes! Ryan has been booking music and performing with different bands as a musician for the last 25 years. He has a large network of singers, drummers, guitarists, piano players, trumpet and saxophone players, bass players (himself included!) He can take the guess work out of putting together a live band that plays the type of music, setting, location, and volume level you are looking for.
